Ingredients

1/2 cup Pineapple, chunks

1 cup Coconut milk

2 tablespoons Sugar, or as needed

30 ml White Bacardi Rum

10 Pistachios, chopped for garnish

To begin making the Pina Colada Recipe, blend all the ingredients together until smooth. I like my Pina Colada to be a little chunky and tend to leave a few pineapple pieces inside.

Once it is blended to a smooth texture you desire for, you could garnish with sliced pineapple or with some crushed pistachios.
