- 1 cup Curd (Dahi / Yogurt)
- 1 Ripe Bananas , sliced
- 1 Apple , cubed
- 1/2 cup Anardana Powder (Pomegranate Seed Powder)
- 4 tablespoon Honey
- 2 tablespoon Whole Almonds (Badam) , roasted, sliced
