The Semolina French Toast is an eggless version of the traditional french toast recipe. Ingredients

  • 4 Whole Wheat Brown Bread
  • 1/2 cup Sooji (Semolina/ Rava)
  • 1/2 cup Curd (Dahi / Yogurt)
  • 1 Green Chillies , finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Onion , finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Green bell peppers , finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Coriander (Dhania) Leaves , finely chopped
  • Salt and Pepper , to taste
  • Butter (Salted) , or oil for cooking

How to make Semolina French Toast Recipe

  1. To begin making the Semolina French Toast Recipe, combine all the above ingredients except bread and make a semi thick batter.

  2. Take a spoon full of the batter and spread on each slice of bread to coat well. Do this for only one side of each slice.

  3. Heat a skillet with a teaspoon of butter or oil. Place the breads slices carefully with the coated side facing the skillet.

  4. Now coat the top side of the bread with the same batter.

  5. Cook the toasts, until the bottom side becomes crisp and lightly browned.

  6. Flip and toast and cook until golden brown on both the sides.
