- 1 cup All Purpose Flour (Maida)
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1/2 cup Butter
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 teaspoon Lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon Orange Zest (Rind)
- 1 pinch Kosher salt
