  • 2 cups Curd (Dahi / Yogurt)
  • 2 sprig Coriander (Dhania) Leaves , chopped
  • 1 inch Ginger , minced or grated
  • Salt , to taste
  • Water , as required

  1. To begin making the Spiced Buttermilk with Coriander and Ginger Recipe, chop the coriander ginger and keep it ready.

  2. In a mixer or a blender, add curd and required amount of water and give it a blitz.
