Ingredients

  • 1 Avocado , ripe, chopped
  • 4 Whole Eggs , whisked
  • 2-3 tablespoon Milk
  • 2 Green Chillies , chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper powder , optional
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder (Jeera)
  • 1 Onion , chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 2 cloves Garlic , finely minced
  • Coriander (Dhania) Leaves , chopped for garnishing
  • 1 tablespoon Cooking oil
  • Salt , to taste

How to make Spicy Avocado Scrambled Eggs Recipe

  1. To begin making the Spicy Avocado Scrambled Eggs, first, add the milk and salt to the eggs and whisk.

  2. Heat the oil in a pan.

  3. Add the chopped onion and garlic and sauté them for a few seconds.

  4. Add chillies, cumin powder and mix.

  5. Stir in the eggs and whisk while cooking on low flame.

  6. Sprinkle the pepper powder and oregano and mix.

  7. When the eggs just start setting, stir in the Avocado.

  8. Mix and cook for a few seconds and take off the heat.

  9. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve immediately. 

  10. Enjoy the Spicy Avocado Scrambled eggs on a chilli garlic toast with a glass of fresh melon juice.
