  • 2 cup Spinach , washed thoroughly and chopped
  • 2 sprig Basil leaves
  • 6 cloves Garlic
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • Salt , to taste

  1. We begin making the Spinach and Basil Pasta Sauce Recipe by washing the spinach thoroughly and chop them big, add it in a pressure along with basil leaves, salt and water.

  2. Pressure cook it for 1 whistle and let the pressure release naturally.

  3. Keep some water and strain the rest, in a mixer add the boiled leaves and the rest of the ingredient and grind it into a smooth paste.

  4. Transfer it into an air tight container and store it in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
