  1. To begin making the Cheesy Garlic Spinach Corn Paneer Sandwich Recipe, heat Nutralite Garlic & Oregano in a wide pan and allow it to melt. Once it is heated, add onion and garlic and allow it cook until the onions are lightly browned.

  2. Once the onions are browned, add in the spinach and steamed sweet corn.

  3. Saute the spinach and corn for about 3 to 4 minutes until it is wilted. Keep stirring until the moisture from the spinach goes away. At this stage add in the chopped paneer, sprinkle some salt, pepper and the Nutralite Cheesy Garlic Mayo and stir well to combine.

  4. Taste the mixture and adjust salt and pepper accordingly.
