In a wide non-stick pan, add butter. Once the butter melts, add sliced mushrooms and saute it. Cook and stir for about 4 minutes or until tender.
Add spinach to mushrooms. Cook and stir until it is wilted.
Simmer the flame and add egg mixture. Cook until the eggs are cooked and form a layer. Stir together.
Stir in cheese if you like cheesy texture in the eggs.
