Ingredients

  • 4 Tomatoes , chopped
  • 2 Onions
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • Salt , as required
  • Black pepper powder , as required
  • 200 grams Hakka Noodles

How to make Tomato Noodle Soup recipe

  1. To start brewing this yummy Tomato Noodle Soup, bring a pot of water to boil and cook noodles; Drain the water from cooked noodles and set aside.

  2. Heat oil over medium in a saucepan and add onions; Stir until the onions become transparent.

  3. Add tomatoes and stir for about 5 to 6 minutes, until it turns mushy.

  4. Add 2 cups of water and bring to boil over medium heat. Add the required salt.

  5. Turn to low heat and simmer it for a few minutes until required consistency is reached.

  6. Cool down the tomato mixture and grind them in a mixer.

  7. Combine the cooked noodles with soup, add required amount of pepper and serve Tomato Noodle Soup immediately with crackers on the sides.
