This week lunch box meal consists Jeera Aloo Sabzi where the potatoes are roasted with jeera and garnished with coriander leaves. Then we have paired it along with a gravy from Konkan cuisine called as Maskasangi Magge Kodel Recipe and Phulka. The Kodel is made with local vegetables like drumsticks and mangalore cucumber.
