This week we are back on with some delicious and rich recipes from Kashmir. This week lunch box consists of the delicious Punjabi Rajma Masala Recipe (Rajma Chawal ) Spiced Red Kidney Beans that has been made from Kidney beans which is simmered in a spicy and tangy tomato gravy. Kidney beans are a good source of folate, dietary fiber and copper. As it rightly says named which is good for our kidneys too. Then it is accompanied by some simply tossed Carrot and Beans Thoran (Subzi Recipe) in order to up your vitamins in your body.  The dry subzi and the Gravy is paired with some Phulkas and Peas Pulao
