To begin making the Vegetarian Mexican Fried Rice recipe, heat a heavy bottomed pan on high flame and add butter. Add garlic and onion and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.

Then add green pepper and tomatoes and let it cook for another 3 minutes.

Next add corns and beans and give a nice stir. Add seasoning at this stage.

Add salt, red chilli powder, tomato ketchup and vinegar. Cook for another 3 minutes.
