We are back with our new Weekly Meal Plan that has some easy to make and everyday recipes for your meal. This Weekly Meal Plan has recipes such as Sindhi Sai Bhaji, One Pot Mixed Vegetable Curry, Tomato Poha With Peas, Chow Chow Sambar, Bharwa Bhindi Aur Pyaaz Ki Sabzi, Spicy Rice Stuffed Paratha, Adai, Mughlai Bhindi, One Pot Rajma Masala, Rawal Pindi Style Chole, Matar Mushroom Curry, Apple Cinnamon French Toast, Khamang Kakdi, Matar Besan And Paneer Cheela, Rajasthani Dal Muthiya and much more.

For Saturday Dinner Meal, we have a delicious and simple Italian meal which has some lip smacking recipes such as Tawa Pizza Recipe With Roasted Vegetables, Chicken Barbecue Pizza, Baked Cheesy Broccoli Pasta and Garlic Bread With Herb Butter. We also have Tiramisu, which is a delicious Italian dessert to end this meal.

Some tips you can follow for this Week's Meal Plan:

  1. You can make onion, ginger and garlic paste in advance, store it in fridge and use it for 3 to 4 days.
  2. Make your chutneys beforehand and store it in the fridge for 3 to 4 days. You can also make fresh instant pickles every week to serve with your meals.
  3. Plan your meals and buy your groceries for the week, so that it is available in your fridge when you need them.
  4. Eat in small portions and make sure you have different food on your plate, it helps you to maintain your weight and keeps you healthy.

Breakfast - Uthappam, Chutney and Coffee

Start your week with this South Indian delicacy Milagai Podi Uthappam and serve it along with Coconut Chutney and Filter Coffee. You can make the podi during weekends and store it in fridge for 2 to 3 months, The Batter and Chutney you can make before hand and store it in an air tight container in fridge for 3 to 4 days. if you are making this coconut chutney, you can keep in fridge for maximum 2 days.
