We are back with another Weekly Meal Plan, which is filled with some delicious recipes such as Mysore Masala Dosa With Ragi Dosa, Paneer And Green Peas Paratha, Veg Mushlai Paratha, Sukhe Methi Chole, Aloo Rasawala Sabzi, Chicken Donne Biryani, Mixed Vegetable Idli Upma, Mushroom Corn Masala Dosa, Cucumber Green Chilli Raita, Sprouted Moong Dhokla, Bhune Pyaaz Ka Gosht and much more. 

We also have a special Satuday Dinner meal planned just for you which you can also make for your weekend Brunch. This week it is an Italian meal which includes Pesto Pizza With Mushroom and Bell Pepper, Aglio E Olio Pasta With Cauliflower, Peppers and Cashew Nuts, Mozarella Garlic Bread and Vanilla Choco Mousse With Chocolate Chips. 

Some tips you can follow for this Week's Meal Plan:

  1. Plan your meal, and shop of your whole week and while shopping make sure you have an ingredient list.
  2. Try and include Salads and Raitas in your everyday meals for extra nutrition.
  3. Make Garlic Ginger Paste and store it in an air tight container for 2 weeks, so that you can use it whenever you want.

Breakfast - Upma and Coffee

If you have some  leftover Idlis, you can make this Idli Upma with your favourite vegetables. Serve it with a hot cup of Filter Coffee.

Lunch - Dal, Sabzi and Phulka

Simple and satisfying, a delicious Gujarati Dal which you can serve with Pyaz Wali Bhindi, a simple stir fry that you can make in jiffy. Serve it with Raita and Phulka.

Dinner - Pulao, Raita and Papad

A simple Pulao with the goodness of Methi and Matar can be enjoyed for dinner along with Burani Raita and a roasted Papad.

Breakfast - Sandwich And Juice

Easy and delicious to eat, filled with the goodness of vegetables, this Sandwich is perfect for your weekday breakfast. The chutney adds a flavour to the sandwich and makes it more delicious. Serve it with a fresh Orange Juice.

Lunch - Curry, Raita and Phulka

we all love Dhoklas, that are a staple breakfast in Gujarati house household but here we have given it a different flavour by adding moong sprouts to it. Serve it with Green Chutney and Adrak Chai.

If you are a non vegetarian, this Bhune Pyaz Ka Gosht which has a different flavour from browned onions will surely satisfy your taste buds. Serve it with Butter Garlic Naan, Raita and Peas Pulao. For vegetarians, we have a Malai Kofta Curry, which is equally delicious.
