We are back with another Weekly Meal Plan, which is filled with some delectable and easy recipes that you can make with the everyday ingredients. This weekly meal plan includes recipes such as Aloo Methi Sabzi, Gujarati Kadhi, Gajar Paratha, Ajwain Tamatar Bhindi, Corn And Onion Raita, Dhaba Style Green Moong Dal Makhani, Tawa Paratha, Mixed Vegetable Koora, One Pot Tomato Rice, Boondi Raita and much more. 

We also have a special Satuday Dinner meal planned just for you which you can make for your friends and family. This week it is a Thai meal which includes Thai Raw Papaya Salad, Thai Chicken Green Curry With Vegetables and Thai Coconut Garlic Rice. To end the meal on a delicious note, we have a Homemade Chocolate Mousse With Pineapples which is easy to make and even loved by the kids.

We also have a Saturday special which has a royal meal made in most of the Rajasthani households, Dal Baati Churma along with Lahsun Mirchi Ka Chunda and Masala Chaas. 

Some tips you can follow for this Week's Meal Plan:

  1. Try and include Greens in your meals, to get Iron which is very important for the daily nutrition.
  2. Eat in portions so that you dont overeat and take all the required nutrition too.
  3. For your Dosa and Idli, you make the chutneys before hand and store it in the fridge for 2 to 3 days.
  4. Shop your grocerries according to your plan to avoid wastage.

Breakfast - Sandwich And Coffee

A Sandwich which is filled with the goodness of corn and capsicum. It is super easy to make and thus great for your weekday Breakfast. Serve it along with Punjabi Style Espresso Coffee.

Lunch - Kadhi, Sabzi and Phulka

Simple and comforing, this meal is super easy to make and is delicious too. Serve the Kadhi along with Aloo Methi Sabzi, Phulka and Khamang Kakdi, which is a Maharashtrian style cucumber salad.

Dinner - Chana Chawal

Chola Chawal is famous all over India and if you love that combination, try this Maharashtrian Style Kala Chana too. Serve it along with Jeera Rice and Pudina Pyaz Kachumber Salad.

Breakfast - Stuffed Paratha

This is a nutritious Paratha which is stuffed with spicy carrot masala and your kids will love it too. Serve it along with Green Chilli Pickle and a hot cup of Adrak Chai.

Dinner - Stuffed Paratha
