We are back with our new Weekly Meal Plan that has some easy to make and everyday recipes for your meal. This Weekly Meal Plan has recipes such as Indori Poha, Maakhmi Dal, Aloo Took, Punjabi Rajma Masala, Spring Onion Dosa, Nawabi Paneer Curry, Corn Stuffed Paratha, Murungai Keerai Sambar, Bhel Puri With Raw Mango, Chole Aloo Tikki Chaat, Moong Dal Palak Cheela, Maa Ki Dal, Jeera Rice, Aamras, Lauki ke Kofte Curry With Kasuri Methi, Oat Banana Pancakes, Spicy Egg Biryani, Soya Methi Palak Ki Sabzi and much more.

For your Saturday Lunch, we have planned a mouthwatering Rajasthani Meal which has some lip smacking recipes such as Dal Baati Churma, Mirchi Ki Sabzi, Gatte Ki Sabzi and Masala Chaas

Fir Sunday Dinner Meal, we have planned a Thai meal which will be loved by your friends and family. It has recipes such as Crispy Vegetable Tempura, Cabbage Kimchi, Thai Chicken Massaman Curry, Thai Vegetarian Pineapple Curry and Thai Jasmine Sticky Rice. For dessert, we have a Toffee Banana which tastes delicious with this meal.

Some tips you can follow for this Week's Meal Plan:

  1. Make your chutneys beforehand and store it in the fridge for 3 to 4 days. You can also make fresh instant pickles every week to serve with your meals.
  2. Eat in small portions and make sure you have different food on your plate, it helps you to maintain your weight and keeps you healthy.
  3. You can keep the Phulka and Paratha dough ready in the fridge the night before for the next day.
  4. If you are cutting onions early than your meal time, then put them in water so that it remains fresh till you use them.

Breakfast - Poha and Chai

Simple to make and delicious to eat, do give this Indori Poha a try. Serve it along with Masala Chai.

Lunch - Sindhi Meal

A Sindhi meal is all you need for a weekday meal. A delicious Dal, Aloo Took and Koki is an easy meal to make during weekday and it tastes delicious too.

 

Dinner - Rajma Chawal

Rajma Chawal, a delicious combination which is popular all over North India. It is also sold on the streets in Delhi with Onions. Therefore, here we have served Pudina Pyaz Kachumber Salad with it. Soak the Rajma overnight so that it takes less time to cook.

Breakfast - Dosa, Chutney and Coffee

Add some Spring onions in your Dosa to add that crunch. Serve it along with Coconut Chutney and Filter Coffee for a simple and nice South Indian breakfast.

Lunch - Curry, Raita and Phulka

Want to make something royal and easy? Then, you can make this Nawabi Paneer Curry a try. You can use either homemade Paneer or store bought Paneer to make this Curry. Serve it with Makhana Ka Raita and Mixed Millet Phulka.

Dinner - Stuffed Paratha

Murungai Keerai Sambar, a simple South Indian Dal which has lots of Keerai and is flavoured with Sambar Powder. It can be served along with Poriyal, Rice and Papad.

Dinner - Chaat Dinner

This week surprise your family with this delicious Chole Aloo Tikki Chaat and Bhel Puri. We are sure your kids will love it too. 

Breakfast - Cheela, Chutney and Chai

High in protein and Iron, this Cheela is perfect to fuel you up for your weekday. Serve it along with Green Chutney and Adrak Chai.

Lunch - Dal, Sabzi and Phulka

Maa Ki Dal is a Punjabi dal which is made in every household of the state. Serve it along with Suran Masala and Phulka. We have also served Aamras along with it for a summer treat.

Dinner - Curry, Aamras and Paratha

If you are bored of making your regular Lauki Ki Sabzi, then do give this Lauki Ke Kofte a try. Serve it along with Lachha Paratha and Aamras. Make sure you put the grated lauki in between your hands and press it to remove the water in it before putting in the Kofta mixture.

Breakfast - Pancakes and Coffee

Oats and Banana, few healthy ingredients that you can use to make your Pancakes. This is very healthy and can be served with Nutella, Maple Syrup and Honey. Serve it along with Espresso Coffee.

Lunch - Curry, Raita and Paratha

Dinner - Biryani and Raita
