We are back with our wholesome Weekly meal plan which is filled with mouth watering Indian and International recipes. This week's meal plan includes recipes like Spinach Rice, Bharwa Karela Makhani, Adraki Rajma Masala, Nagori Puri, Curry Leaves Buttermilk, Gobi and Matar Paratha and much more.
Along with these delicious recipe, we have a special Saturday Lunch which is an Italian meal. This meal has scrumptious recipes like Spinach and Tortellini Soup, Easy Tomato and Mini Cheese Pizza and Chicken Sphagetti In Tomato Basil Sauce. To end the meal, we have delicious Apple Enchilladas which is a perfect sweet dish for this meal.
For Sunday Lunch, we have a delicious Chicken Tariwala which is a Punjabi chicken and for the vegetarians we have Yam Kofta Curry which is healthy and equally delicious.
Some tips you can follow for this weeks meal plan:
- Always make sure that you make your salads fresh. Due to summers, chopped vegetables tends to get spoiled faster.
- Curd is good to eat in summers, as it keeps our body cool and also helps in digestion. You can also make different raitas by adding your favourite vegetables in it or you can make chaas/buttermilk to drink along with your meal.
- For the mixed rice, you can also use leftover rice, as it gives a nice texture to the pulav. If you are making fresh rice, make sure you cool it down properly before using it in pulavs.
- Try to add different types of flours like Ragi, Bajra etc with your whole wheat rotis, as they make your meal more nutritious.
