We are back with our Wholesome Weekly Meal Plan, where we have included some delicious recipes like Gujarati Tawa Handvo, Paneer Capsicum Sandwich, Pumpkin Thoran, Cheesy Spinach Open Toast, Pitor Ki Sabzi, Pudina Idli, Onion Raita, Besan Bread Toast, Punjabi Chola, Nagori Puri, Fansi Muthia Nu Shaak, Beetroot Gajar Mooli Salad, Sagu Masala Dosa, Paneer Tikka Pulao and much more.
This Saturday we have a delicious Mexican meal planned which includes Homemade Nachos, Homemade Guacamole, Sweet Potato Tacos With Black Beans And Avocado Cream and Delicious Spiced Red Bean Mexican Burrito Bowl. We also have delicious dessert made of Apple, Apple Enchiladas which will surely satisfy your taste buds.
Some tips you can follow for this weeks meal plan:
- If the vegetables need marination, marinate them for maxicum 1 to 2 hours as it will enhance the taste and flavour of the dish.
- Try and include Raita, Curd and Salad with your everyday meals for extra nutrition which is very important for your body.
- You can use leftover Idli and Rice to make many recipes. Also If you have leftover sabzis, make biryani or stuffed paratha using them.

Breakfast - Gujarati Breakfast
Filled with the goodness of corn, make this Tawa handvo for breakfast, which you will surely love. Serve it with Green Chutney and Masala Chai.
