Here's our wholesome Weekly Meal Plan for this week which includes delicious recipes like Aval Upma, Rajasthani Dal Baati Churma, Pyaz Ka Paratha, Green Beans Poriyal, Jain Style Dal Makhani, Garlic Bread, Ragi Wheat Phulka, Bread Upma, Aloo Methi Masala, Potato Onion Cheela and much more. 

We also have a special Saturday Special Dinner which is a delicious Continental meal. This meal includes Asian Style Chicken Sloppy Joes, Peri Peri Potato Wedges and a Summer Salad. For vegetarians, we have a Vegetarian Sloppy Joe. Mini Lemon Tarts are made for desserts, which will be enjoyed by your kids too.

Some tips you can follow for this weeks meal plan:

  • You can make the green chutney in advance and can store it in an air tight container for 3 to 4 days.
  • Shop ypur grocerries in advance for a week, so that your weekly planning becomes easy.
  • For Dal Baati Churma, You can make the churma a day or two before and serve it with Dal Baati as a dessert.
  • In Jain style recipes, you can also add onion and garlic for that extra taste.
