Some tips you can follow for this weeks meal plan:

  • For the basic masalas such as garlic ginger paste, tomato puree and onion paste, you can make it in advance and store it in an air tight contianer.
  • For dals, legumes and rice, you can soak it before hand so that it takes less time to cook.
  • For Chutneys, you can make them in advance and store it in an air tight container in fridge for 2 to 3 days.
  • Include salads and curd in your meals, to make it more nutritious and healthy.
