This Weekly Meal Plan has recipes such as Spinach Mushroom Scrambled Eggs, Gujarati Dal, Bisi Bele Bath, Amritsari Gobi Matar, Tofu Methi Paratha, Nutella Pancakes, Raw Mango Dal Fry, Banana Stem Thoran, Rasawala Dhokla, Layered Paneer Butter Masala Biryani, Matar Masala, Methi Moong Dal Palak, Soya Chunks Masala In Coconut Milk, Aam Ka Achaar and much more.

For Saturday Dinner Meal, we have a delicious and simple Italian meal which has some easy  to make recipes such as Classic Caesar Salad, Garlic Shrimp Linguine Pasta, Roasted Vegetable Pasta In Creamy White Sauce and Perfect Gooey Mozzarella Garlic Bread. For dessert, we have a fresh Date And Walnut Whole Wheat Eggless Brownie which tastes delicious with this Italian meal.

  1. You can make onion, ginger and garlic paste in advance, store it in fridge and use it for 3 to 4 days.
  2. Make your chutneys beforehand and store it in the fridge for 3 to 4 days. You can also make fresh instant pickles every week to serve with your meals.
  3. Plan your meals and buy your groceries for the week, so that it is available in your fridge when you need them.
  4. Eat in small portions and make sure you have different food on your plate, it helps you to maintain your weight and keeps you healthy.
