Here is yet another Weekly Meal Plan, which is filled with some delicious and easy to make recipes such as Mixed Vegetable Idli Upma, Chole Biryani, Ven Pongal, Tuvar Ni Dal, Pav Bhaji, Rajasthani Pyaaz Ki Kadhi, Palak Chana Dal, Sri Lankan Chicken Curry, Mushroom Corn Masala Dosa, Ajwain Puri, Satvik Carrot Sprouts Salad, Indori Poha, Smoked Dhaba Dal and much more.

We also have a special Satuday Dinner meal planned just for you which you can make for your friends and family. This week it is an Asian meal which includes Cantonese Style Dimsums, Sichuan Style Chilli Potato and Chicken Teriyaki Noodles. Serve this Asian meal with a delicious dessert, Homemade Apple Pie which is whole wheat and is also apt for your Brunch.

Some tips you can follow for this weeks meal plan:

  1. Soak the Dal and Rice for a few hours before making it, so that it takes less time to cook.
  2. You can use leftover Idli and Rice to make many recipes. Also If you have leftover sabzis, make biryani or stuffed paratha using them.
  3. Shop your whole wheek grocerries, so that it becomes easy to cook your planned meals for the week.

Give a twist to your everyday Idli Upma and add some vegetables to it. Serve it with Masala Chai.

Lunch - Dal, Sabzi and Paratha

This Parsi Dal is perfect for your weekday meals. Serve it with Maharashtrian Tindora Sabzi which is flavoured with peanuts and Tawa Paratha, To add more nutrition, serve a Kachumber Salad with it.

Dinner - Curry, Raita and Phulka

A delicious Mughlai curry which is easy to make and thus apt for your everyday meals. Serve it with Carrot Tadka Raita and Phulka.

Breakfast - Sandwich & Chai

This is aclassic sandwich which is loved by everyone. The green chutney in this sandwich adds a flavour to this dish. Serve it with a hot cup of Adrak Chai.

What can be better than a delicious Aloo Paratha for breakfast? Serve it with a curd and green chilli pickle.

Lunch - South Indian Meal

This Drumstick Sambar is a must Sambar to Have. Serve it with Mixed Vegetable Koora and Steamed Rice. Have it with Elai Vadam, it makes this dish even better.

Dinner - Biryani, Raita and Salad

Satusfy your taste buds with this delicious Chole Biryani which you can serve along with Methi Raita. To make this more nutritious, serve Khamang Kakdi along with it, which is flavoured with coconut and peanuts.

A delicious Semiya which is flavoured with coriander and basic masalas. Serve it with Green Tea and Fresh Fruit Bowl.

Surprise your family with this lip smacking Asian meal which has Noodles, Dimsums and Chilli Potato. Vegetarians can use Tofu instead of Chicken to make the noodles. For desserts, we have a delicious Apple Pie.

Sunday is always a great day to have an elaborate Lunch. This one include a Smoked Dal, Paneer Butter Masala, Raita and Roti. To end the meal, we also have Gulab Jamun made of Paneer.
