We are back with another Weekly Meal Plan, which is filled with some delectable and easy recipes that you can make with the everyday ingredients. This weekly meal plan includes recipes such as Mangalore Buns, Filter Coffee, Cabbage Bhurji, Cabbage And Carrot Thoran, Rajasthani Pyaz Ki Kadhi, Sev Usal, Aloo Matar Sabzi, Kesar Pista Lassi, Gujarati Khatta Mag and much more. 

We also have a special Satuday Dinner meal planned just for you which you can also make for your weekend Brunch. This week it is an Italian meal which includes Broccoli Salad With Roasted Onions And Peppers, Baked Pasta Recipe With Paneer And Spinach and Classic Pizza Margherita. To end the meal on a delicious note, we have an Eggless Choco Lava Cake which is easy to make and even loved by the kids.

We also have a Saturday special dinner which has a delicious Mutton Biryani and for vegetarians we have an option of Paneer Biryani which you can serve with Boondi Raita.

Some tips you can follow for this Week's Meal Plan:

  1. Try and include Greens and Dals/Legumes in your meals, to get Iron and protein which is very important for the daily nutrition.
  2. Eat in portions so that you dont overeat and take all the required nutrition too.
  3. You can make Fresh Paneer at home, to make your curry more delicious.

Breakfast - Poha And Chai

Filled with the goodness of Vegetables, you can give this Oatmeal Poha a try which is healthy and perfect for your weekday breakfast. Serve it with Masala Chai.

Lunch - Curry, Sabzi and Thepla
