We are back with another Weekly Meal Plan, which is filled with some delectable and easy recipes that you can make with the everyday ingredients. This weekly meal plan includes recipes such as Mangalore Buns, Filter Coffee, Cabbage Bhurji, Cabbage And Carrot Thoran, Rajasthani Pyaz Ki Kadhi, Sev Usal, Aloo Matar Sabzi, Kesar Pista Lassi, Gujarati Khatta Mag and much more.
We also have a special Satuday Dinner meal planned just for you which you can also make for your weekend Brunch. This week it is an Italian meal which includes Broccoli Salad With Roasted Onions And Peppers, Baked Pasta Recipe With Paneer And Spinach and Classic Pizza Margherita. To end the meal on a delicious note, we have an Eggless Choco Lava Cake which is easy to make and even loved by the kids.
We also have a Saturday special dinner which has a delicious Mutton Biryani and for vegetarians we have an option of Paneer Biryani which you can serve with Boondi Raita.
Some tips you can follow for this Week's Meal Plan:
- Try and include Greens and Dals/Legumes in your meals, to get Iron and protein which is very important for the daily nutrition.
- Eat in portions so that you dont overeat and take all the required nutrition too.
- You can make Fresh Paneer at home, to make your curry more delicious.

Breakfast - Poha And Chai
Filled with the goodness of Vegetables, you can give this Oatmeal Poha a try which is healthy and perfect for your weekday breakfast. Serve it with Masala Chai.
Lunch - Curry, Sabzi and Thepla
A delicious Khatta Mag which is made in every Gujarati household. Serve it with Ringan Methi Nu Shaak and Methi Thepla.
Breakfast - Upma and Juice
South Indian Upmas are famous all over India and this is one of them which has a flavour of Tomato and is serve with a refreshing juice.
Lunch - Curry, Raita and Phulka
A simple sabzi that is part of everbody's everyday meals all over India. If you like it, make this North Indian Style Aloo Matar Ki Sabzi and serve it along with Lauki Raita and Ragi Wheat Phulka for the extra nutrition.
Breakfast - Dosa, Chutney and Coffee
Flavour your regular Rava Dosa with some onions and it will add a crunch to it. Serve it with Red Chilli Coconut Chutney and Filter Coffee.

Lunch - South Indian Meal
There is nothing better than a simple South Indian meal for lunch on a weekday. This meal includes a Yellow Pumpkin Sambar, Cabbage Carrot Thoran and Steamed Rice.
Breakfast - Toast, Fruit Bowl and Coffee
If you have leftover chutney, you can use that chutney to make this Chutney Chilli Cheese Toast. Serve it with Fresh Fruit Bowl and Coffee Latte.
Lunch - Baingan, Raita and Lachha Paratha
Full of flavour and masaledar, Ringan Ravaiya is a Parsi Style Stuffed Eggplant which can be served along with Dill Cucumber Raita and Lachha Paratha.
Breakfast - Buns, Chutney and Coffee
A delicious South Indian Mangalore Buns which can be served by Coconut Chutney and Filter Coffee. These Mangalore Buns are made with Banana.
