We are back with our new Weekly Meal Plan includes some delicious and easy to make recipes such as Mini Idli Upma, Kashmiri Kulith Ki Dal, Spring Onion Dosa, Mixed Vegetable Sambar, Patiala Aloo, Ajwain Puri, Kali Mirch Aloo Bhindi Sabzi, Besan Aur Pyaz Ka Cheela, Aloo Matar Paneer Curry, Coriander Tadka Raita, Stuffed Mooli Paratha, Chettinad Vegetable Pulao and much more.
We have also planned a special Thai Meal for you Saturday Dinner which has recipes like Thai Chicken Massaman Curry, Tofu Peanut Stir Fry, Thai Jasmine Sticky Rice and Thai Style Sweet And Sour Cucumber Salad. Serve a Rose Greek Yogurt Dessert With Pista And Coconut at the end to complete the meal.
Some tips you can follow for this Week's Meal Plan:
- Shop your groceries for a week and store it, but make sure you buy greens fresh as they taste better.
- You can make your chutneys and pickles before hand and store it to serve along with your meals.
- Try and include Raita and Salads in your meals, to make it more nutritious and filling.
- Eat in small portions and make sure you have different food on your plate, it helps you to maintain your weight and keeps you healthy.

Breakfast - Sandwich and Coffee
A simple Egg Sandwich that is flavoured with some Garlic Mayo. It can be served along with Cold Coffee.
Lunch - Dal, Sabzi and Phulka
Palak Chana Dal is a great source of Iron and Protein, therefore it is great to make for your everyday meals. Serve it along with Sukhe Gatte Ki Sabzi and Jowar Atta Roti.
Breakfast - Upma And Chai
If you have some leftover Idli Dosa batter, you can make these mini Idlis for your breakfast and toss it with some spices to make a Upma. Serve it along with Masala Chai.
Lunch - Curry, Raita and Paratha
This is a simple Curry which is delicious and can be made for your everyday meals. Serve it along with Dill Cucumber Raita and Tawa Paratha.

Dinner - Thai Meal
Surprise your friends and family with this delicious Thai Meal that includes a Chicken curry along with Tofu Peanut Stir Fry, Thai Jasmine Sticky Rice, Stir Fry and a Thai Salad. We also have a Greek Yogurt Dessert that will make this meal even better. Vegetarians can use Tofu instead of Chicken in their Curry.
