This Weekly Meal Plan has recipes such as Bengali Chirer Pulao, Paneer Butter Masala, Bharva Baingan Masala, Amritsari Chole, Vegetable Oats Upma, Horsegram Foxtail And Millet Idli, Rajasthani Kadhi, Methi Dana Sabzi, Potato Onion Cheela, Whole Wheat Pasta With Capsicum And Corn, Kabuli Chana Kofta Biryani, Gujarati Tawa Handvo, One Pot Pav Bhaji, Veg Chilli Milli and much more.
For your Saturday Dinner, we have planned a mouthwatering Italian Meal which has some lip smacking recipes such as Sri Lankan Chicken Curry, Sri Lankan Dal, Ambul Polos Curry, Sri Lankan Beans With Coconut and Sri Lankan Muttai Appam. Serve Gajar Ka Halwa as a dessert at the end to complete the meal.

- You can also peel the Garlic cloves and store it an airtight container for a week.
- Eat in small portions and make sure you have different food on your plate, it helps you to maintain your weight and keeps you healthy.
