Just like everytime, we are here again with our lip smacking Wholesome Weekly Meal Plan, where we have included some delicious recipes that you can make for your everyday meals. Some of the recipes are Rasawala Dhokla, Badam Halwa, Coriander Semiya, Smoked Dhaba Dal, Spinach and Coriander Dosa, Achari Chicken Tikka Wrap, Paneer Masala Dosa, Chole Biryani and much more.

We also have a treat for your Saturday Dinner. We have planned a special Asian meal that you can try for your dinner or even Brunch. The menu includes recipes like Shangai Style Mantou, Chicken Schezwan Momo, Bok Choy Kimchi and Sambal Spiced Veggie Mee Goreng. There is a dessert planned for this meal, Spiced Apple Crumble Recipe With Greek Yogurt, which is not only tasty but healthy too.

Some tips you can follow for this weeks meal plan:

  • If a dish requires some dry roast masala to be made, you can make it before hand and store it in an air tight contianer. 
  • See the Plan properly and shop the groceries for the entire week so that it becomes easy for you to cook.
  • Pickles can be stored for months, but there are some Instant pickles which tastes better when they are fresh. Store them in a conatiner for 2-3 days.

Breakfast - Semiya and Juice

Flavour your everyday semiya with coriander and serve it with a refreshing Apple, Kiwi, Pineapple Juice.

Lunch - Dal, Sabzi and Phulka

Who doesnt love Rajma Chawal? Make this Punjabi Style Rajma Chawal for your weekday dinner and serve it with Satvik Carrot Sprout Salad.

Breakfast - Dhokla, Chutney and Chai
