We are back with our new Weekly Meal Plan includes some delicious and easy to make recipes such as Kala Chana Amti, South Indian Rava Idli, Adrak Chai, Pav Bhaji Flavoured Pasta, Baby Corn Capsicum Masala, Boondi Raita, Cauliflower Moong Dal, Lobia Masala, Stuffed Bharwa Tinda, Tomato Onion Tadka Raita, Carrot and Cabbage Thoran, Jeera Rice, Navrang Dal, One Pot Butter Chicken Khichdi and much more. 

We also have a special Saturday Dinner Menu which has some mouth watering Continental Recipes like Mushroom and Broccoli Soup, Chicken Lasagna, Zucchini Lasagna and Spinach Garlic Bruschetta with Red Pepper Sauce. End the meal with a delicious note with this easy to make Quick Microwave Chocolate Pudding, which will be loved by your kids too. 

Some tips you can follow for this Week's Meal Plan:

  1. Shop your groceries for a week and store it, but make sure you buy greens fresh as they taste better.
  2. Try and include Raita and Salads in your meals, to make it more nutritious and filling.
  3. Eat in small portions and make sure you have different food on your plate, it helps you to maintain your weight and keeps you healthy.
