We are back with our new Weekly Meal Plan that has some easy to make and everyday recipes for your meal. This Weekly Meal Plan has recipes such as Pineapple Rasam, Carrot Beans Thoran, Potato Onion Cheela, Pudina Idli, Mughlai Style Aloo Matar Gobhi Gravy, Punjabi Kadhi Pakora, Mixed Vegetable Sagu, Raw Mango Sambar, Arbi Jhol, Whole Wheat Lachha Paratha, Bhindi Masala Gravy, Sprouted Moong Dhokla, Beetroot Carrot Raita, Paneer Bhurji Wraps, Sukhi Aloo Sabzi, Ajwain Puri and much more.

For your Saturday Dinner, we have planned a mouthwatering Asian Meal which has some lip smacking recipes such as Asian Shrimp Rice Burger, Thai Vegetable Pineapple Curry and Thai Jasmine Sticky Rice. Serve Mango Greek Yogurt Cheesecake With Muesli Crumble as a dessert at the end to complete the meal.

Some tips you can follow for this Week's Meal Plan:

  1. Make Ginger and Garlic paste and store in fridge before hand to use in Gravies.
  2. You can also peel the Garlic cloves and store it an airtight container for a week.
  3. Eat in small portions and make sure you have different food on your plate, it helps you to maintain your weight and keeps you healthy.
  4. You can keep the Phulka and Paratha dough ready in the fridge the night before for the next day.

Breakfast - Cheela, Chutney and Chai

Cheela is a very popular breakfast item in North India and it is served with Green Chutney and Masala Chai.

Lunch - Dal, Sabzi and Phulka

Add Methi to your Masoor Dal and add it to your everyday meals. Serve it along with Beetroot Aloo Amranth Sabzi and Phulka.
