Ingredients

  • 1 Cucumber , grated
  • 1-1/2 cup Curd (Dahi / Yogurt)
  • 1/2 cup Dill leaves , finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Mint Leaves (Pudina) , finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Chaat Masala Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder (Jeera)
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • Salt , to taste

How to make Dill Cucumber Raita Recipe

  1. To begin making the Dill Cucumber Raita Recipe, whisk the yogurt until smooth in a mixing bowl.

  2. To the yogurt, add water, salt, cumin powder, pepper powder, chaat masala, cucumber, mint leaves and dill leaves .
