Sweet & Spicy Coriander Tadka Raita
Coriander Tadka Raita is perfect to be eaten with stuffed parathas, biryani or with pulaos. It is easy to make and takes only 15 minutes to get prepared. You can also include it in your meals with dal, sabzi and phulkas. Tempering this raita makes it more delicious and flavourful.

- 1 cup Yogurt (Curd) , whisked
- 1/4 cup Water
- 2 tablespoons Coriander leaves (Dhania) , finely chopped
- 1 Green Chilli , finely chopped

Directions for Sweet & Spicy Coriander Tadka Raita
To begin making the Coriander Tadka Raita, firstly add water and curd in a mixing bowl. Whisk it properly.
Add the coriander, green chillies, salt, sugar and pudina in the curd. Mix everything properly.
Heat oil in a tadka pan and add the cumin seeds and red chilli powder and allow them to splutter. Add this mixture into the curd and serve.
