Sweet & Spicy Coriander Tadka Raita

Coriander Tadka Raita is perfect to be eaten with stuffed parathas, biryani or with pulaos. It is easy to make and takes only 15 minutes to get prepared. You can also include it in your meals with dal, sabzi and phulkas. Tempering this raita makes it more delicious and flavourful.

Serve Coriander Tadka Raita along with Aloo Paratha, Muli Paratha or any other Paratha of your choice.

  • 1 cup Yogurt (Curd) , whisked
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 2 tablespoons Coriander leaves (Dhania) , finely chopped
  • 1 Green Chilli , finely chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cooking oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • pinch Mint Leaves (Pudina) , crushed
  • Salt , to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon Sugar

Directions for Sweet & Spicy Coriander Tadka Raita

  1. To begin making the Coriander Tadka Raita, firstly add water and curd in a mixing bowl. Whisk it properly.

  2. Add the coriander, green chillies, salt, sugar and pudina in the curd. Mix everything properly.

  3. Heat oil in a tadka pan and add the cumin seeds and red chilli powder and allow them to splutter. Add this mixture into the curd and serve.

  4. Serve the Coriander Tadka Raita along with Aloo ParathaMuli Paratha or any other Paratha of your choice.
