We are back with another Weekly Meal Plan, which is filled with some delectable and easy recipes that you can make with the everyday ingredients. This weekly meal plan includes recipes such as Veg Makhanwala, Aloo Rasawala Sabzi, Hare Pyaaz Ki Puri, Potato Onion Cheela, Badam Halwa, Sukhi Methi Chole, Akoori With Green Peas, Sukhi Dahi Wali Lauki and much more. 

We also have a special Satuday Dinner meal planned just for you which you can also make for your weekend Brunch. This week it is a Continental meal which includes Thai Style Steamed Buns and Homemade Spicy Ramens With Tofu. To end the meal on a delicious note, we have an Homemade Apple Pie With Whole Wheat Crust which is easy to make and even loved by the kids.

Some tips you can follow for this Week's Meal Plan:

  1. Try and include Greens and Dals/Legumes in your meals, to get Iron and protein which is very important for the daily nutrition.
  2. Plan your meal, and shop of your whole week and while shopping make sure you have an ingredient list.

Breakfast - Upma and Chai

Filled with the goodness of vegetables, serve this Mixed Vegetable Idli Upma along with Masala Chai. This is also a great way to use the leftover Idli.

Lunch - Dal, Sabzi, Phulka and Salad
