We are back with our Wholesome Weekly Meal Plan, where we have included some delicious recipes like Paneer Kofta Curry, Onion Raita, Gujarati Khatta Mag, Punjabi Aloo Paratha, Beetroot Sambar, Mini Idli Upma, Gujarati Dal Dhokla, Rabodi Simla Mirch Sabzi, Cucumber Green Chilli Raita, Jeera Aloo Sabzi, Ajwain Puri and much more.

This Saturday we have a simple yet special meal which has Penne Arrabbiata Pasta, Mozzarella Garlic Bread and Summer Salad. We also have a delicious treat, Chocolate Cinnamon Cupcakes which you can serve for desserts. For Lunch we have a Sindhi meal, Dal Pakwan which you should definitely miss.

Some tips you can follow for this weeks meal plan:

  1. Shop for the entire week during weekends, as it becomes easy for you to cook following the plan during the week.
  2. You can store Achaar(pickle) for a longer time and chutneys in fridge for 2-3 days.
  3. Soak Dals and Legumes sometime before cooking, so that it takes less time to cook.

Breakfast - Sandwich and Juice

Kickstart your week with this yummy Sandwich which is filled with green peas masala. Serve it with Fresh Orange Juice.

Lunch - Dal, Sabzi and Paratha

Lunch - South Indian Lunch

Comforting and delicious, this South Indian meal is all you want for a busy weekday. It has Beetroot Sambar, Cabbage Carrot Thoran and Steamed Rice with Elai Vadam, which is a South Indian papad.

Dinner - Dal Dhokli

An one pot dish which is made very often in Gujarati Household. In this recipe, plain dumplings are dunked into dal and served. Serve it with Kachumber Salad and a roasted Papad.

Lunch - Sindhi Lunch

Dal Pakwan is a delicious Sindhi meal which you can also make for breakfast. Serve it with Dahi Vada and Besan Burfi.

Dinner - A Continental Meal

A delicious Pasta, which can be a treat to your family. Serve it with Garlic Bread and a Salad. We also have a treat for you, Chocolate Cinnamon Cupcakes.

Breakfast - South Indian Breakfast

Add tomatoes to your Uttapam and see how it will enhance its taste instantly. You can also add onions and capsicums on this Uttapam with tomatoes. Serve it with Chutney and Coffee.

Lunch - Kadhi, Sabzi and Phulka

A Punjabi Kadhi Pakora, where crispy pakoras are dunked in yogurt gravy. This is served with Ringan Methi Nu Shaak and Ragi Wheat Phulka. We have also added, Satvik Carrot Sprouts Salad for that extra nutrition.

Dinner - Chole Bhature
