We are back with another Weekly Meal Plan, which is filled with some delectable and easy recipes that you can make with the everyday ingredients. This weekly meal plan includes recipes such as Sev Puri, Rajasthani Pyaaz Ki Kadhi, Dill Cucumber Raita, Spring Onion and Cheese Paratha, Vegetarian Kabuli Pulao, Corn Stuffed Paratha, Boiled Peanut Raita, Dhingri Matar, Onion Thepla and much more.

We also have a special Satuday Dinner meal planned just for you which you can make for your friends and family. This week it is a Indo Chinese meal which includes Chinese Style Stir Fried Water Chestnuts With Vegetables, Vegetarian Manchurian Balls In Hot And Spicy Garlic and Chinese Vegetable Fried Rice. To end the meal on a delicious note, we have a Taiwanese Pineapple Cake which is easy to make and even loved by the kids.

Some tips you can follow for this Week's Meal Plan:

  1. Try and include Greens in your meals, to get Iron which is very important for the daily nutrition.
  2. Tr and make your meals colourfull because colourful meals means more nutrition.
  3. For your Dosa and Idli, you make the chutneys before hand and store it in the fridge for 2 to 3 days.
  4. Shop your grocerries according to your plan to avoid wastage.

Breakfast - Akuri, Toast and Coffee

Simple and can be made in jiffy, Akoori is perfect for a weekday breakfast to serve along with Bread Toast and Coffee Latte.

Lunch - Dal, Sabzi and Phulka

This Kadhi is burst of flavours, especially when you try it for the first time. Serve it along with Masala Methi Bhindi and Phulka for a weekday meal. 

Dinner - Stuffed Paratha, Raita and Achaar

We always experiment with our Parathas and from them this one is our favourite. Cheese and Spring Onion Paratha is a perfect dish to serve for a weekday dinner along with Raita and Achaar.

We all love puffed rice that is used in Bhel, but have you ever tried making a Poha out of it. If not, give this recipe a try and serve it with Adrak Chai and a bow of fresh fruit.
