Here is our new Weekly Meal Plan which includes some delicious and inviting recipes such as Khara Bhath, Chilli Paneer Momo, Ragi Rava Idli, South Indian Coconut Chutney, Kabuli Chana Kofta Biryani, Boondi Raita, Pudina Sooji And Oats Dhokla, Green Chutney, Stuffed Mooli Paneer Paratha, Sindhi Sai Bhaji, Mirchi And Aloo Curry, Dal Bukhara, Jowar Atta Roti, Mushroom Corn Masala Dosa, Parwal Masala and much more.

For your Saturday Lunch, we have planned a special Indo Chinese Meal which has both veg and non veg options such as Chilli Paneer Momo, Chicken Schezwan Momo, Paneer Manchurian, Chicken Manchurian, Vegetarian Hakka Noodles and Burnt Garlic Noodles. Serve a Summer Fruit Tart as a dessert at the end to complete the meal.

Some tips you can follow for this Week's Meal Plan:

  1. Make Garlic, Onion and Ginger Pasta and store it in a fridge for 5 days, if you use it daily in your food.
  2. Shop your groceries for the week during weekend so that it becomes easy for you to cook during weekdays.
  3. Eat in small portions and make sure you have different food on your plate, it helps you to maintain your weight and keeps you healthy.
  4. You can keep the Phulka and Paratha dough ready in the fridge the night before for the next day.

Breakfast - Dhokla And Chutney
