We are back with our "Weekly Meal Plan" which includes meal ideas for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. There are different recipes from different cuisines which we have included in the meal keeping the Indian taste in mind. These recipes are from different regions and they differ in taste due to the use of local ingredients and style of cooking. We also take care that you get all the necessary nutrients like Protein, Carbohydrates, Vitamins and Minerals through these recipes. Every week, we try and add some special recipes that you can make for weekend. This week's Saturday Lunch special is a Rajasthani Meal, "Dal Baati Churma" which is very popular In Rajasthan. It has Rajasthani Dal, Baatis and a sweet dish Churma which is usually made on weekends in Rajasthani households. Along with this, you can also make Gatte Ki Sabzi and Mirchi Lahsun Ka Chunda, if you have guests coming over and want to make a full Rajasthani meal.
