Tips for preparation: Cut all the vegetables that are required for the bhaji and keep it ready ahead.

Wednesday

Chettinadu Mutton Chops, Spinach Kofta Curry, Phulka and Burani Raita

Tips for preparation : Prepare the dough for the phulka ahead. Dough will stay good for up to 2 days in the fridge. You can prepare the koftas before hand and cook them in the gravy before you have dinner

Thursday

Paneer Pulao and Palak Raita

Tips for preparation: To make your paneer soft and fluffy while eating, remove the paneer from the fridge and place it in a water bath. And just before adding the paneer to the pulao, cut them into cubes and fry them with little oil on a low flame for just 2 minutes.

Friday

Aloo Methi Masala, Onion Thepla and Khichiya Churi

Tips for preparation: Make sure that the methi leaves are cut and cleaned before hand so that you don't spend too much time doing that before making your dinner. Theplas can be stored for 2-3 days, so you can prepare theplas in bulk and even carry it for your lunch boxes.

Saturday

Mexican Fried Rice, Spinach and Corn Quesadilla and Bread Pudding

Tips for preparation : Dont forget to soak the red beans in water overnight for both the fried rice and Quesadilla.

Sunday

Phalguni Dal, Kurkuri Bhindi and Phulka

Tips for preparation : Make a large batch of phulka dough so that you can make phulkas for your lunch too.
