There are a few tips that will help you plan all you meals better if you plan you Dinner Menu well. 

  1. Dry Subzis can be used to make rolls with your leftover roti or paratha for your next day's lunch.
  2. If you are making any sort of dals especially Kabuli chana, Kala chana, always do soak them in water overnight.
  3. If you are planning to have sprouts for dinner, make sure you start with the sprouting process the previous day.
  4. Stock up on groceries to ease out the weeknights and spice up daily life with lot more time to spend time with your family

Tips for preparation : Hunase Saaru is Tamarind Rasam. The pulp of tamarind can be extracted and stored in a fridge for up to 2 weeks. So this rasam can be prepared in less than 20 minutes if you have ready tamarind pulp

Wednesday

Kasuri Malai Murgh, Soya Chunks Pepper Curry, Lachha Paratha & Salad

Tips for preparation: Always have the dough for the paratha prepared the previous day as it will help with quick preparation of them at dinner time. You can prepare the salad ahead of time as well, but be sure to add salt or lemon just before serving.

Thursday

Jeera Rice, Masoor Dal & Carrot, Mushroom Sabzi

Tips for preparation : Be sure to wash and cut all the vegetables for the sabzi earlier to make this a quick meal.

Friday

Oats, Peas & Tofu Paratha, Burani Raita and Carrot Pickle

Tips for preparation : You can prepare the stuffing for the paratha and the paratha dough ahead of time so you can just roll them out for dinner.

Saturday
