For vegetarians, we have Soy Manchurian Gravy that they can serve along with the Noodles. For Noodles, you can use Tofu or Paneer instead of Chicken.

Tips for preparation : You can make your roti dough the previous night or in the morning, just keep it out of the fridge for half an hour before perpating. You can grate the carrots needed for the salad and season it before serving.

Sweet Potato Paratha, Tomato Onion Tadka Raita & Beetroot Salad

Tips for preparation : The paratha dough can be prepared in advance. Be sure to keep it out of the fridge half hour before making the paratha. The stuffing for the paratha and the salad also can be prepped and kept ready, so that when you come home all you have to roll out the parathas and season the salad

Wednesday

Pattani Biryani Or Pakki Mutton Biryani, Mirch Ka Salan & Spring Onion and Peanut Raita

Tips for preparation : It is always helpful if the vegetables are cut and put away in the fridge for easy use for dinners on a weeknight. But always cut onions just before you are using them as onions have a tendency to absorb bad odours from the fridge, thereby reducing the quality of your onions.

Thursday

Dal, Aloo Bhindi and Tawa Paratha

Tips for preparation - Keep the dough ready for Tawa Paratha. You can also keep the dal ready, so that it gets ready in less time.

Friday

Rajma Chawal & Boondi Raita

Tips for preparation: Boil the Rajma beforehand and keep in the fridge. You can also use the leftover rice to make the jeera rice.

Saturday

Asian Dinner

Tips for preparation: Keep the noodles ready by boiling them beforehand. You can also make the galette dough ready, so that it takes less time to make your dessert. For vegetarians, you can add Tofu or Paneer instead of Chicken in the Noodles.
