What I do with my KitchenAid Grain Mill | Make Fresh Cookies, Breads and Roti's

What I do with my KitchenAid Grain Mill? I make fresh whole grain cookies, breads and roti's. Well I must confess that I dont use it as much as I love to use it, but after a spring cleaning I have started using it more often. And now, plan to not store it back into the pantry and let it sit there, but keep it attached to my KitchenAid, so I can use it more frequently.

Using whole grains has been topping the chart over the last year and this year, making fresh flour for cookies and breads, that are so full of additives in the market (I will admit I do buy the best whole grain available during times of Kitchen distress :) ). We all need that break from the routine of being healthy all the time, dont we :).

I am so thrilled my Spring Cleaning has resulted in a good start for the year, that I kept advancing. Determined that the KitchenAid Grain Mill is going to stick around outside along with my Stand Mixer. A pat on my back and my children now will know the importance of whole grain when they see me making it too, just like all the other health foods that they are aware of :). *saves the file with a pat on the back*
