Yogurt & Date Parfait Recipe

Dates and yogurt contain various vitamins, minerals and other nutrition, and today I am going make a dessert with both these ingredients. This is a super healthy and fat free Parfait and also good for diabetes & heart patients. Dates are a high-fiber food, which can help you feel full longer, and yogurt is a good source of calcium, protein and probiotics. In this Yogurt & Date Parfait recipe, I used raw dates but you can use any type of dates but raw is more better from others.
You can serve this as Healthy Breakfast Recipe or just make it real quick when you are having sugar cravings.

Ingredients
- 2 cup Curd (Dahi / Yogurt)
- 10 Dates , seed removed;
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 10 Badam (Almond) , soaked & peeled
How to make Yogurt & Date Parfait Recipe
To begin the preparation Yogurt & Date Dip, blend all ingredients together except half quantity of soaked almonds, until you get smooth mixture.
Now garnish with soaked almond and few drops of honey.
Eat the Yogurt & Date Dip immediately as soft-serve, or freeze 20 minutes for a chilled & firmer texture.
