2 teaspoon Ginger, grated

2 teaspoon Lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon Lemon zest, grated without the pith

4 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, or any cheese of your choice, grated

1 teaspoon Oil

2 teaspoon Coriander (Dhania) Leaves, for garnish
