  • 3 Red Bell pepper (Capsicum)
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 clove Garlic ,       
  • 1/4 cup Tahini , or almond paste, for thickening
  • Salt and Pepper , to taste
  • Dried oregano , for seasoning
  • Red Chilli flakes , for seasoning
