Chicken In Lemon Butter Sauce, this dish is not only that but also is a great source of Protein. In this recipe, Chicken is marinated first with lemon juice, salt and pepper and later it is pan seared on a flat skillet with oil. It is topped with a delicious Lemon Butter Sauce which gives it a delicious flavour and taste. It is paired with Steamed Vegetables With Chilli Lime Butter where the vegetables are tossed with the chilli lime butter.
Both the dishes are paired with Herbed Rice where rice is tossed with spices and green peas. If you don't want to add carbs in your meal, you can skip rice and increase the quantity of Steamed Vegetables. You can also add Sweet Potato or Potato mash in your meal.
