To begin making the Gajar Shimla Mirch Sambharo Recipe, combine the carrot, capsicum, red chilli powder, halved fenugreek seeds, haved mustard seeds, turmeric powder, asafoetida powder, oil and salt to taste
Stir well until all the ingredients are well combined.
Store the Gajar Shimla Mirch Sambharo in the refrigerator and use as and when required.
