To begin making the Stir Fried Sichuan String Bean Recipe (Gan Bian Dou Jiao Recipe), first prep all the ingredients. Steam the green beans along with salt on high for about 5 minutes until just about done. The beans have to be still crunchy, drain it under cold water in order to stop cooking.
