- 1 cup Rice , washed
- 1/2 cup Green peas (Matar) , steamed
- 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds (Jeera)
- 4 tablespoons Butter
- 4 cloves Garlic , finely chopped

Pressure cook the rice for 2 whistle and switch off the heat. Allow the pressure to release naturally.

Heat a sauce pan with butter, add cumin seeds and allow it splutter for few seconds.
