How to make Homemade Almond Walnut Chocolates Recipe
To begin making Homemade Almond Walnut Chocolates Recipe, take a microwave safe bowl(make sure that bowl is completely dry),add chopped chocolates and melt it but make sure that you don't overcook it.
Microwave chocolates at 30 seconds interval, for about three times, mixing it every time with spoon till it completely melts. Take care not to burn the chocolate.
Take another bowl, add almonds and walnut mixture, condensed milk and 2-3 tablespoon melted chocolates and knead till combined well and evenly.
Grease your palm and make a dough with mixture.
Divide the dough in equal 17-18 parts.
Roll them into bite sized balls.
Keep all the balls on a greased baking tray or normal plate and place it in freezer for about 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes take baking tray out and dip one ball into melted chocolate, use fork to coat the ball properly, tip it slightly to drip extra chocolate. Put it back on a greased plate.
Repeat the same with remaining balls and place them on a greased plate or tray lined with parchment paper.
Keep it aside in the fridge till chocolates are completely dry.
