Monday

Sabbakki Rava Idli, Potato Sagu & Coconut Chutney

Gently spiced Sabbakki Rava Idli Recipe is an idli made with a combination of suji and sabakki. They are super soft and your kids will really enjoy them. Pack with potato sagu to add more nutrition into your kids diet and coconut chutney. You can boil the potatoes to make the potato sagu the previous night it self. Grate the coconut to make the coconut chutney the previous night as well to make the chutney easily in the mornings.

Methi Chaman & Sweet Potato Chapati

Methi chaman is a delicious Paneer curry recipe made with methi and palak leaves. Pick and keep the methi leaves and palak leaves the previous night it self. If you want you can even make the puree of the leaves and keep it in an airtight container in the fridge. For the sweet potato chapathi make the dough and keep it refrigerated in an airtight container.

Pasta In Creamy Mushroom Sauce & Fresh Fruit Bowl

Farfalle Pasta Recipe In a Creamy Mushroom Sauce is very simple to make and adding Mushroom to your Kid’s diet it will help them gets lots of essential minerals in their diet. You can cook the pasta and chop the mushrooms and keep them refrigerated separately in airtight containers in the fridge the previous night. Pack with some fresh fruit bowl or some juice or smoothie of your choice. When packing pasta ensure tat you make the sauce a bit extra as pasta tends to dry up when kept overtime.

Punjabi chole tastes amazing and all kids love them when packed with a puri. You can boil the chole the previous night and keep them refrigerated. Make the tomato puree as well and keep it refrigerated in an airtight container. Make the dough for the Hare pyaz ki puri the previous night as well.

Vegetable Fried Rice & Chilli Paneer Recipe

Chinese Vegetable Fried Rice is a simple Indo Chinese Recipe of rice mixed with vegetables and flavoured with soy sauce and pepper powder. You can use a day old rice to make the fried rice and so make the rice the previous night it self and keep it handy. Chop and keep all the vegetables required like the carrot, capsicum, green beans in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Similarly prep for the chilli paneer as well.
