Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Garlic , peeled
  • 6 Dry red chillies
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds (Jeera)
  • 1 Lemon juice
  • Salt , to taste

How to make Lahsun ki Chutney - Spicy Garlic Chutney

  1. To begin making the Garlic Lahsun ki Chutney recipe, in a preheated pan dry roast the red chillies and cumin seeds until a nice aroma come through. Do not burn the spices. Add the chilies and the cumin seeds into a mixer grinder immediately.

  2. Now combine the garlic, chillies, cumin seeds, lemon juice and salt to taste in a blender with just a little water to grind into a smooth paste.

  3. Store the Lahsun ki Chutney -Spicy Garlic Chutney a glass jar and serve as desired.

  4. You can also add a little water before serving to make the Lahsun ki Chutney have a little saucy consistency. Store refrigerated for about two weeks.

  5. Serve the Lahsun ki Chutney recipe along with Vada Pav for a tea time snack. You can even serve it with hot Gujarati Style Bhakri and   Homemade Curd for brunch.
