Lahsun ki Chutney - Spicy Garlic Chutney
A robust chutney, made by combining red chillies and garlic, this Lahsun ki Chutney is a spicy condiment that goes well with absolutely anything, be it parathas, chaat or vada pav and pakoras.

To begin making the Lahsun ki Chutney - Spicy Garlic Chutney,combine the garlic, chillies, cumin seeds, lemon juice, water and salt to taste in a blender and blend to make a smooth chutney. Transfer the Lahsun Ki Chutney into a bowl and serve.
You can store the Lahsun ki Chutney -Spicy Garlic Chutney in a glass jar and serve as desired.
You can also add a little water before serving to make the Lahsun ki Chutney have a little saucy consistency. Store refrigerated for about two weeks.
